Refund policy

We want you to love your Lee London Studio bracelet.

Returns
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to return an item. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and returned with any original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the return instructions.

Return postage
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we will confirm the outcome and issue any approved refund to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are handled in line with applicable consumer rights.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs so we can put this right.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only amend or cancel an order before it has been prepared for dispatch.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
